Return/Refund Policy

Payment for all classes must be received before or on the start date of the scheduled class date to ensure your place.
Cancellations after the classes have commenced will not be refunded.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the class commencing will receive a credit towards a future class based on availability and similar cost.
For Super Swim weeks you must cancel 7 days before your start date to receive a full refund.

We will accept card payments either at our pool at Butterfield Wellness or via our online payment service. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
